by calligraphers and artists as a symbol believed

to carry high vibrations and positive energy.
Inspired by the power and meaning

within this word,our restaurant was created
to express that spirit throughthe art
of sukiyaki — served beautifully on each plate.

Meat: Hand-Selected A5 Kuroge Wagyu

We carefully select only the finest A5-grade Kuroge Wagyu, featuring beautiful marbling rated BMS 10 or higher.

Rice: A Special Blend from Rice Masters “Hachidaime Gihey”

Our rice is a special blend crafted by Kyoto’s long-established rice master, Hachidaime Gihey, exclusively for sukiyaki.
Each grain is perfectly balanced for sweetness and umami, then gently cooked in an earthen pot for a fluffy texture.

Eggs: Premium Free-Range Eggs

We use premium free-range eggs from chickens raised in a natural environment.
Their rich yolks and firm whites enhance the flavor and texture of our sukiyaki even further.

We use custom-made Nambu Tekki iron pots, a traditional Japanese craft.
Their even heat distribution ensures the meat is perfectly seared, bringing out the full flavor of every ingredient.
