Our sukiyaki is prepared in a custom-made pot crafted from traditional Nambu ironware, designed exclusively for sukiyaki. The thick iron pot retains heat exceptionally well, allowing the meat to be seared fragrant and juicy while fully drawing out the natural flavors of each ingredient.
